Have been using Calocurb for a month now. I am new to Intermittent Fasting and started this journey when I purchased my first bottle of Calocurb. I have found that it works very well in giving me that "full" feeling throughout the day. I commence my fasting at 9pm through to 12noon the next day, and this has not been an issue. I take 2 capsules at 9am and have to sometimes remind myself to actually eat something by 1pm. I then take another 2 capsules at 5pm and starting to notice that the size of my meals are gradually decreasing as I am not eating just because it is on the plate. I have lost about 4kg, so I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to start on their weight loss journey. In fact, anyone wanting to just reduce their food/calorie intake would also love the product as no side effects and no "I'm starving" feelings before I am due to take my next round of capsules. I still occasionally have a craving for something sweet, but again the portion sizing is getting smaller and enjoying it more as a treat rather than a need. Overall, a very satisfied customer who will continue using this product.
