It's all about feeling in control of your food choices - like opting for smaller portion sizes, snacking less or choosing healthy snacks throughout the day.
We often hear that our customers expect to feel full right after starting their meal, however the active ingredient in Calocurb, AmarasateTM works to support a feeling of satiety which is usually felt throughout the day. We’ve found that Calocurb works best when taken an hour before a meal or snack time, which gives Calocurb’s active ingredient enough time to release into the lower intestine where it’s most effective. Many people report that taking a Calocurb before lunch helps manage food cravings at the dreaded 3pm lull where they tend to give into cravings too often.
Have a think about your own routine and lifestyle and ask yourself when you are prone to overeating or unhealthy snacking. It may be helpful to keep a food diary pre Calocurb and when you first start taking Calocurb. You can then monitor the times when you are feeling most hungry (or most prone to snacking) – and then compare those same times when on Calocurb to see how you are feeling.
